What is the Team TitanZ Membership?
The Team TitanZ Membership is our new, all-inclusive annual membership designed to give homeowners priority service, preventative maintenance, and savings across both plumbing and HVAC—all in one simple plan.

Why did TitanZ change its membership plans?
We simplified our membership offerings to make benefits easier to understand, reduce confusion when scheduling service, combine plumbing and HVAC coverage into one comprehensive plan, and deliver consistent value across all systems in the home.

What does the Team TitanZ Membership include?
For $399 annually, members receive:
• Priority Scheduling
• Basic Diagnostic Fee waived once per month
• Annual Plumbing Inspection
• Bi-Annual HVAC System Maintenance
• Annual Water Heater Flush
• Annual Sewer Camera Inspection
• Complimentary HVAC filter change*
• Complimentary whole-house filter change*
• 5% off HVAC repairs (up to $500 annually)
• 5% off plumbing repairs (up to $1,000 annually)
*Filters must be provided by the property owner. -
How is this different from previous membership plans?
The Team TitanZ Membership combines plumbing and HVAC into one plan, adds priority scheduling and a monthly diagnostic fee waiver, simplifies discounts with clear annual limits, and reduces the need for multiple memberships.

What happens to my current membership?
If you are an existing TitanZ member, nothing changes for you right now. You will keep your current membership, your existing benefits remain the same, and your membership will continue through the end of its current term. You are not required to switch to the Team TitanZ Membership.

Will my price change?
Existing members will continue paying the price of their current membership until it expires. The Team TitanZ Membership is offered at $399 annually for new enrollments or renewals after a current plan ends.

Why are repair discounts capped in the new membership?
Annual discount caps allow us to continue offering fair and competitive pricing, sustain the program long-term, and still provide meaningful savings on common repairs. Most members never reach the annual discount maximum.

What does “Basic Diagnostic Fee Waived Once Per Month” mean?
Each month, members receive one waived basic diagnostic fee when service is performed. This benefit resets monthly.

Do I need to provide my own filters?
Yes. Complimentary filter changes are included as a service, but HVAC and whole-house filters must be supplied by the property owner.

Can I switch to the Team TitanZ Membership early?
Existing memberships will remain active until they expire. The Team TitanZ Membership will be available at renewal or for new customers.

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Memberships may be canceled at any time. If membership services have already been used, a prorated adjustment may apply.

Is the membership transferable?
Memberships are tied to the serviced property and are not transferable.
