Titanz Plumbing responded within hours after we called our regular plumber, who couldn’t respond for days to address our plumbing issue and recommended Titanz. Duran arrived with a big smile and quickly diagnosed our problem as roots that infiltrated our sewer line, confirmed with in-line camera footage. Not a quick fix, but Duran’s expertise with state-of-the-art equipment got our system completely scoured clean within a couple of hours, preventing a major backup and possibly structural damage had we waited a few days longer. We highly recommend Duran and Titanz Plumbing with a well-earned 5 stars.

Needed a sewer line repaired, and other companies said they could not get to it till Monday. Called Titans, and they fixed it same time they came out. I will never call another company. I would highly recommend this company.

I called Titanz recently for a sewage backup issue that was getting worse. The initial visit, the tech ran a camera into the pipe and was unable to proceed due to a utility cable in the pipe. Titanz later called and said they were looking into it further because they had gotten similar calls, but in the meantime to call back if it backed up bad again. Long story short, an extended time we've had sewage bouncing into the bathtub and out to the side of the house. I couldn't get any response from Comcast in regard to who to contact, who did the work, nada. Ben responded to the next Titanz call. He assessed the situation and it was definitely a cable in the pipe, on my private property and began making calls on my behalf as now they were more familiar with more incidents. He was able to get all involved parties in touch and an engineering inspector for Charlotte County. I was assured the problem would be fixed on Monday and it was. Everything went to plan and everyone from Titanz has been courteous, prompt, and helpful, from the 1st call to Ben to the guys who came today with the backhoe. 5-star service and problem resolution. I HIGHLY recommend them and if you have any pipe issues at all after cable or other line work, call them they know what to do!

Steve came out and got right to work. He obviously knows what he's doing. So glad I called Titanz! It makes me feel better knowing this will be taken care of. I had to replace my outside sewer lines, clean the inside sewer line, and they lined the inside line for me so I didn't have to demo my bathrooms. Steve-SD and his crew Joe, Steve, & Will were great! Very professional and cleaned up nicely afterwards. If you need someone who knows what they are doing and who works hard at their job, definitely call Titanz! I should also say Rachel in the office was very pleasant and answered all my questions nicely. Steve-SD should have a 5-star rating! My second call was for my AC; my thermostat was not working correctly. Matt was great and very informative.
