Highly recommend Titanz! Ben came out originally to scope the line and recommended hydro jetting and line replacement for piping that was outside the home. He explained everything to us and what to expect. Today Ben returned with Will and performed the hydro jetting and line replacement. They were very professional and performed the service flawlessly! The technician Tommy L sent us a text message 10 minutes before he arrived, which was early in the time window. He went promptly to work and determined he needed some additional parts, which he obtained and finished after about 1 and 1/2 hours. He tested both pipes, which were replaced, and then received payments. He was very professional and communicated well with us.

We had a water leak that went through half our home. Titanz did an excellent job replumbing. We could not have asked for nicer, more experienced people here. Everything was done to perfection. Impeccable Attention to Detail
I cannot say enough about this company. Since the hurricane, I’ve had to use this company to replace my bathroom piping, remove a piece of stuck concrete from the pipe in my roof, and they replaced and rerouted my whole backyard. Will, Ben, and Steve (there was a 4th guy, never got his name), you gentlemen are AWESOME. Your attention to detail is impeccable, your knowledge of the business, and any problems that may arise, with your ability and knowledge to face and fix anything, again impeccable. They had a few ‘troubles’ and never stopped smiling. I highly recommend them. Keep up the great work, and I also like how customers are treated like family.
