One thing that really stood out to me, Jeo took his time to explain things to his partner Joe (assuming he is new) and Joe was very receptive to instruction! What an awesome team! Very good service. Had them out first for an emergency that they handled very well. Just finished replacing several of the bathroom fixtures, quick, competent, and pleasant to deal with.

I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday. I called a couple of local plumbers, but no one answered, called me back, or was available to help until the next day. Fortunately, I found TITANZ and gave them a call. Not only did someone answer right away, but they also had a plumber at my house within the hour. The plumber was awesome—knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He fixed the issue quickly, and the price was very fair and reasonable. Based on this experience, I’d recommend TITANZ any time.

Alex was here for emergency repair today on Sunday for clogged toilets. He determined the problem was outside the building and did his best to open the line, but he had to order a bigger machine to hopefully be here tomorrow. Update: Since this first review was written, we have had several more occasions to call on TitanZ and we’re still pleased with the service they provide. Tommy was here last week to install a new toilet. They always show up when they say they will! We are now using them for our HVAC needs as well as our plumbing.
