My parents in Nokomis had a plumbing issue we needed to have taken care of today. We called 3 places, prior, who couldn't do the repair until tomorrow or beyond. I called TitanZ and spoke with Julie. She provided excellent customer service and was able to get their technician, Matthew, out to them today. He quickly took care of the issue and also had wonderful customer service. Great Job with Shutoff Valves!
Matthew did a great job of checking our AC unit. He even put in the furnace filter that I had on hand. Matthew did a great job of replacing our whole house water filtration filters. They were courteous and cleaned after they were done.
We just had Daniel install 4 shutoff valves in our master bathroom sinks. He did a great job! He was quick and thorough. He left the cabinet in clean condition. I would recommend Titanz for any plumbing job.
