Hot water tank let go on a Thursday night around midnight. Called Titanz 8:30 Friday morning, had someone here around 2:00 to do an estimate, and they came and installed on Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. Tim did a great job with the install, very professional, did not mind if I watched and asked questions, very clean install. I will absolutely use Titanz again.

Tommy from Titanz did a wonderful job. He was very informative. He explained the problem with my hot water heater. We felt confident that Tommy could fix the problem. He started on the repair immediately. When he was done he cleaned up the area. The charge for the service was very reasonable. I had 2 other estimates and Titanz just fixed the problem while the other companies wanted to add on extra services. I always choose a local company when I can. I have had problems with 'big box' contractors, where you are lucky if the person you speak to is in your state, let alone your town. I called TitanZ, and I'm really glad I did.
The staff on the phone (I didn't write down her name, unfortunately) was friendly and knowledgeable, listening to my needs and offering options. The technician was named Will; he was prompt, friendly, and professional. My new water heater was installed quickly, and the price was as quoted.
