Caleb fixed the leak under my house. He’s a tall man but was able to replace a PVC pipe and joint that had split! We were both under the house and he explained to me what needed to be done. He was very professional and polite and kept calling me ma’am! Ha! Ha! I guess I am a lot older than him. He was even very careful not to disturb Mother Dove that was sitting on two eggs when he wanted to check my water softener on the side of my house.

Titanz Plumbing & AC scheduled a visit this afternoon and was able to arrive here by 10:30 a.m. Chris M., our technician, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. After about 15 minutes, he was able to diagnose the problem and resolve it!
My heat is back on and all is well now 😊

We Now Have Heat
We had a heating issue. NO HEAT! I called Titanz Plumbing & AC at 8 a.m. and was advised that they had availability this afternoon, which was great. Shortly thereafter, I was informed that a technician was available this morning, if someone could be home.
Chris M. was our technician and he was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. After 15–30 minutes of testing, he identified the problem and quickly resolved it. We now have heat!!!
