They came out to my mother-in-law's house today and repiped the whole house. They were very professional and informative. They had to cut some drywall in a couple of spots, and they couldn't have made it any easier for the drywall repair. They are one of the more expensive plumbers around, but you get what you pay for and they offer financing.

The service man came early than planned which was nice. He called me first to see if that was acceptable, also nice. Came and looked at my heater then gave me 3 options for replacement. Due to its age, I didn’t want to put parts in it. Went back to the shop to get a new unit. Came back and finished up fairly quickly.
