Tommy from Titanz did a wonderful job. He was very informative. He explained the problem with my hot water heater. We felt confident that Tommy could fix the problem. He started on the repair immediately. When he was done he cleaned up the area. The charge for the service was very reasonable. I had 2 other estimates and Titanz just fixed the problem while the other companies wanted to add on extra services. Julie, who answered the phone when I called Titanz, was very reassuring and pleasant. I thank you so much to Titanz for your caring employees, they are awesome.

The team at Titan was just great to work with. When Giovanii first came out, he explained in great detail the issue and did a temporary fix. He and his helper were here approximately 45 minutes going over everything. We were not even charged for the service call! That tells you something about the company. After we discussed what new air conditioning system to go with, we put a deposit and a few days later it was installed. Douglass and his helper were here at 7:40 and finished at 3:40. All during the installation we were kept informed of what they were doing and why. They did not leave until we were satisfied with the installation and cleanup. I have used Titanz in the past for smaller projects and will continue to do so in the future. Highly recommend using them.
